本课题研究设计了一个上料台架。上料台架是冶金行业中重要的物料搬运设备之一，它通常是棒材车间生产线中的第一台设备。该机是一种典型的机电液一体化设备，主要用于存放钢坯并将钢坯一根一根地输送到入炉辊道上，以便送入加热炉内。首先经过调研及查阅大量书籍对上料台架总体方案进行了论证和拟定。本机采用液压传动控制系统，液压站独立置于机旁。通过对上料台架工艺过程的分析绘制液压系统原理图，并对各个执行器进行计算，选择合适的液压元件，然后绘制集成块单元回路图，最后进行了液压站总体结构设计。

Title  The design of a stepping feeding agencies by hydraulic automatic——The design of a main machine and a hydraulic system                                              
Abstract 
Our subject is to investigate and design a machine named Stepping Feeding agencies By Hydraulic Automatic.It is one of important Material handling equipment in Metallurgical Industry.And it is usually the first piece of equipment of bar workshop production line.This type of machine is a typical mechanism structure combine with electricity and hydraulic system. It mainly uses in to deposit the billet and transports billet to entersthe stove channel,in order to sends in the heating furnace.At the start,the main plan was demonstrated and confirmed by refering to lots of data interrelated.In this plan,control system is drived by hydraulic pressure.The host is laid vertical and the principle diagram of the hydraulic system beside it. According to the analysis to funtional process of Stepping Feeding agencies By Hydraulic Automatic,we drew the diagram of the whole hydraulic system at first.After that,we calculated all the execute unit to chose the best appropriate hydraulic components.The third step is drawing loop diagram of integrated unit. The finally part is the designing of the overall structure of hydraulic power unit.
