针对钢厂实际生产中提出的问题:如何将成品轧件从生产线上移向打捆装置,以便于后续的打捆和运输,特提出此课题进行研究。由于厂房中机器间布局的限制,运输轧件过程中需转过90度角,所以采用横向平移的装置运输轧件。本说明书主要对此装置进行了研究,介绍了传输部分的组成,并论述了执行机构即平行四连杆完成运动的原理。本次设计的装置传输部分采用链条传动,执行机构采用平行四连杆完成运动。该设计结构简单,简明实用,维修方便,具有很大的发展潜力和广阔的发展空间。

Title The Design Of Crossing Translation Device For
Mechanical Stock
Abstract
Aimming at the problem which is put forward by steel woks:How to move the finished product of stock from the production line to the bundling device ,by which can be convenient for the later bundling.This topic is put forward designedly.Because of the limitation of the lay out of the workshop building,the stock have to be revolute 90 degree in the course of the transporting.So we use the crossing translation device to translate stock.This paper mainly studies thia problem.It introduces the element of the hop,and discusses the principle of how the operator,four bar linkage mechanism complete the motion.The translating device is chain drive,and the operator is four bar linkage mechanism in this design.This design’s structure is simple,perspicuity and utility.It is convent for maintaining.And it has prodigious development potential and widely development space.
