本课题设计食品机械中用的高压均质机,它的工作原理是:采用电动机经一级三角带传动减速后,带动曲轴旋转,曲轴推动曲柄使与曲柄铰接的活塞杆带动活塞缸中的活塞在活塞缸中作往复直线运动,从而推动一级液压阀和二级液压阀的作用,产生的力吸、排混合的物质,达到均匀混合的目的。
根据电机的工作环境选择电动机类型,采用卧式安装,防护式电机,鼠笼式三相异步电动机。选择带传动,它具有缓冲、吸振、运行平稳、噪声小、合过载保护等优点,并安装张紧轮。两级齿轮减速,齿轮传动可用来传递空间任意两轴间的运动和动力,并具有功率范围大,传动效率高,传动比准确,使用寿命长,工作安全可靠等特点。动力由电动机输出,通过减速系统传动,把动力输入到执行机构。由于传动系统作 的是回转运动,活塞缸中的液体要在活塞的直线往复运动中实现均质的目的,可以采用曲柄滑块机构,盘行凸轮移动滚子从动件机构,齿轮齿条机构。本课题采用曲柄滑块机构作为本机械的执行机构 。

According to the electrical machinery working conditions choice electric motor type, uses the horizontal-type installment, the protected electric machine, the mouse cage type three-phase asynchronous motor. The choice belt transmission, it has the cushion, attracts inspires, the movement steadily, the noise small, gathers merits and so on over-load protection, and installs the stretching pulley. Two level of gear reductions, the gear drive available transmits the movements and the power between the spatial willfully two axes, and has the power scope to be big, the transmission efficiency is high, the velocity ratio is accurate, the service life is long, job safety reliable and so on characteristics. The power outputs by the electric motor, through the retrosystem transmission, inputs the power to the implementing agency. Because the transmission system does is the gyroscopic motion, in the piston cylinder liquid must realize the isotropic goal in the piston straight reciprocating motion, may use the crank slide organization, the plate good cam migration roller from the moving parts organization, the gear rack work. This topic uses the crank slide organization to take this machinery the implementing agency.
