摘  要


本课题目的是设计加工通用型单级圆柱齿轮减速机壳体的专用组合机床,进行壳体两轴孔的粗镗,具体内容包括进行减速机壳体零件的机械加工工艺分析和工艺方案制定,确定组合机床的配置形式和结构方案。利用三维实体设计软件完成粗镗组合机床的总体设计和主轴箱部件设计。粗镗组合机床总体设计包括被加工零件工序图、加工示意图、机床联系尺寸图和生产率计算卡,即通常所说的“三图一卡”设计;主轴箱部件设计主要包括主轴箱设计原始依据图的绘制、主轴结构形式的选择及动力计算、传动系统的设计与计算等。由于solidworks的可视化和参数化设计,而且易用,所以设计图都是先用SolidWorks软件进行三维建模,然后将三维模型转化为工程图而得到。

Abstract


This subject purpose is designing and processing making the lathe up special-purposely of the moderating machine shell of the type in common use, carrying on the boring thickly of two shaft holes of shell. The concrete content includes carrying on mechanical processing technology analysis and craft scheme of the shell part of the moderating machine to make, confirming the disposition form of the lathe and structure. Utilize the three-dimensional design software to finish boring overall design and case part of main shaft which makes the lathe up to design thickly. And productivity and calculate the card bore and make the lathe up to design including processing the process picture of the part, processed sketch map, lathe to contact size picture and and the calculated card of productivity, named " three pictures and one calorie " that usually spoken are designed; Many axle case part is it include many axle case design primitive drawing, main shaft choice and power calculate, design of transmission and calculate, etc., structure of form that basis pursue mainly to design. Because the designing with the parameter visually of solidworks, and easy to use, design drawings are all to carry on three-dimensional modeling in Solid works software first. Then transform the three-dimensional model to get the project picture.
