摘 要
本文提出了一个切削数据库模型,采用C语言编程,一个包括车,钻,铣削用量数据库系统已经建立。由于金属切削加工在现今的机械制造工业中已成为一个非常强大的部门,诸如汽车、机车、船舶飞机和家用电器的生产以及机床制造等等,所有这些工厂都拥有庞大的机械加工车间的众多的切削人员。为了改善工人的劳动条件,提高劳动生产率,进而建立了该数据库。根据该数据库,只需工人输入加工条件(如:材料性质,系统刚性,装夹方式等)后,系统就能输出最佳的加工参数(如:进给量,进给速度)。而以前只能通过查手册,查表的方法得到这些数据,当然,这就浪费工人大量时间,同样也就不能满足现代化的高效生产模式。目前,国内在这方面的研究还处于初步阶段,还未形成完整的体系。如果该系统能大量应用在生产现场,那将在很大程度上减轻工人劳动强度,提高生产效率。

ABSTRACT
This paper presents a model of metal cutting database.the programme is edited with C language.Because metal cutting database which includes turning 、drilling 、milling cutting condition has been constructed,such as automobiles, motorcycles、 Ships 、aircraft、household appliances 、and machine tool and so on.All of these plants have a huge mechanical processing workshops and many cutting staffs.In order to improve the working conditions of workers, raise labor productivity, thereby the database established.According to the database,once inputting processing conditions (such as:material nature, rigid system, fixture, etc.).the system will output the optimum processing parameters (such as :feed rate 、cutting speed、cutting forces、machining time and so on).Usually cutting condition was obtained by look up manual hand book.So much time is wasted and can not be satisfied modern efficient production mode.Currently,the domestic research in this area is still in its initial stage,has not yet formed a complete system.If the system can be widely used in the production scene,it will largely reduce the labor intensity,improve production efficiency.
