摘 要

本课题和论文包括调查综述和压铸模设计两部分。调查综述对攀枝花市毛坯生产精密铸造作了调查分析。压铸模设计中，根据要压铸零件支架的参数性能要求，设计定模和动模两部分。定模装在压铸机的定模安装板上固定不动，而动模则装在合模缸的动模安装板上随合模缸往复运动，完成合模、压射、开模、推出铸件等一系列压铸件生产过程。本论文重点对压铸模各组成部分进行设计。

[Summary] This topic and thesis’s include investigating the overview and die-casting the mold to design two parts. Investigate the overview to produce the nicety foundry to make to investigate the analysis to the city of PanZhiHua semi-finished product. Die-casting in the mold design according to toeing die-casting the parameter function request of the spare parts support, design to settle the mold and move two parts of mold. Settle the mold packs to can not fix in die-astringing the machine settle mold installing the plank, but move the mold to then pack in matching the mold urn to move the mold gearing plank with match a back and forth of mold sport, complete to match the mold and press to shoot, open the mold and release an etc. of a series to die-casting a production line. This thesis point constitutes the part to carry on the design towards die-astringing the mold exactly.
