火灾自动报警系统设计
摘  要
 本设计是针对***行政楼的火灾自动报警系统设计，对其进行了设计、计算并进行工程预算。
 随着我国经济建设的迅速发展，人民生活水平不断提高，城市用地日益紧张，促使建筑物正朝着高层化、密集化方向发展。高层建筑的特点决定其火灾的危险性和高层建筑的火灾自动报警系统的重要性，一套完整的火灾自动报警系统是高层建筑发生火灾时人们生命财产的有利保障，是能否快速准确地发现火情，把火灾扑灭在萌芽状态的关键所在。

Automatic Fire Alarming System to The Building of ***
Abstract
This design is just for the Automatic Fire Alarming System of The Building of ***. This paper was written in reference to the design and calculation of fire-fighting in the Building of Xiamen Institute of National Accounting given economic budget of the project as the same time, which is according to the related codes.
Along with the quick economic development of our country and continuous increasing of the people’s life level, the city is increasingly nervous with the ground, urging the buildings just develop in the direction of high and density. The architectural characteristics of high buildings decides the risk of fire and the importance of the automatic fire alarming system. A set of integrity automatic fire alarming system is the beneficial guarantee of the people’s life and property when a high building fire occurs and it’s the key of if people can discover the fire quickly and accurately to put it out at the embryotic place of the appearance of fire.

1 引言
1.1建筑情况
 ***行政楼是学院各党政部门集中办公的场所，办公楼内来往人员较多，在其内部还有各种贵重设备、资料、文献等，所以一定要做好防火等工作。该楼共八层，其中三到八层为通用层，一层高5m，标准层为4m，总共33m。每层建筑面积为1084.43m2 。依据《高层民用建筑防火设计规范》，该建筑为二类建筑，耐火等级为二级。
1.2火灾自动报警系统的作用
火灾自动报警及消防联动系统,作为智能建筑中的一个重要子系统, 其重要性是众所周知的。要在智能建筑中创造一个安全舒适的环境,消防安全是其中的一个重要的方面。火灾自动报警及消防联动系统,作为火灾的先期预报、火灾的及时扑灭、保障人身和财产安全,起到了不可替代的作用。 火灾自动报警系统是人们为了早期发现火灾，并及时采取有效措施，控制和扑灭火灾，而设置在建筑物中或其他场所的一种自动消防设施，是人类同火灾作斗争的有力工具。
